Privacy Policy

Vible is a voice product operated by Algohash Inc. (“Vible”, “we”, “us”). It turns your speech into text, translates it, synthesizes speech, clones voices, and runs an AI assistant. This policy explains what data we collect, how it is processed, and who — if anyone — it is shared with.
1. Data we collect
- Audio you record — microphone input for transcription, interpretation, and voice cloning.
- Text — transcripts, translations, prompts, and assistant conversations you create.
- Voice samples — the reference audio you provide if you choose to create a cloned voice.
- Account information — the email address you use to sign in.
- Usage data — feature usage, credit balances, and basic diagnostics needed to run the service.
2. How your data is processed
Vible processes your data in three ways. Which one applies depends on the mode and features you choose:
a. On your device
Vible can run transcription, translation, and text-to-speech entirely on your device using on-device models. In these modes your audio and text never leave your device.
b. On Vible’s own servers and GPUs
Vible operates its own GPU infrastructure. Cloud transcription, translation, text-to-speech, voice cloning, and the AI assistant can run on Vible-operated servers and GPUs — not a third party. Data sent here is used only to perform the feature you requested, and is never sold or used for advertising.
c. Third-party AI processors
For some cloud features, Vible sends the minimum data needed to trusted third-party AI providers, strictly to perform the task you asked for. We only send data to the provider relevant to the feature you invoke; if you use an on-device or Vible-hosted option, no data is sent to these providers.

These providers process your data only to return the result. Under their API terms, data sent through their APIs is not used to train their models.
3. Consent in the app
In the Vible iOS app, before any personal data is sent to a third-party AI processor, we present a consent screen that discloses what is sent (your recorded audio and entered text), whoit is sent to (Vible’s cloud and the third-party AI processors above), and asks you to agree first. You can decline by not continuing.
4. Infrastructure service providers
We also use these providers to operate the service. They process data only to provide their function:

5. Retention and your controls
- Your transcription history is stored to your account in encrypted form so it follows you across devices.
- You can delete individual transcriptions at any time.
- You can permanently delete your entire account and all associated data (transcription history and cloned voices) in the app: Settings ▸ Account ▸ Delete account. This cannot be undone.
6. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use your data for advertising.
- We do not use your content to train third-party models beyond performing your request.
7. Children
Vible is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own by the providers listed above. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. You can delete your account and data directly in the app, or contact us using the details below.
